I began playing piano at the age of 5. My parents gave me plenty of support in the early years, encouraging me to read music as well as learning to play by ear.
My dad was an accomplished musician himself, and was able to teach me how to practice with structure and discipline as well as passion.
I am always seeking to develop all aspects of my musicianship, as an improviser, composer and live performer. I play in a London based jazz trio which performs regularly, work as an accompanist for singers
in a broad range of styles, and play for ballet and contemporary dance classes at Trinity Laban Dance Conservatoire.
BA (Hons) in Music at the University of Sussex (2002)
MA in Music Therapy, University of Roehampton (2012)
To help me I have four highly qualified piano teachers. Daniel, Rhiannon, Chris, Joy and Donata who will be teaching piano to children and adults in the Chiswick and West London areas.
